Government & construction contracts iii During the past twenty-five years, Richard Seligman has handled complex cases involving government and private construction contract disputes. Government contract disputes have involved U.S. government agencies, local Maryland county governments and the District of Columbia. Richard Seligman has appeared before the U.S. Court of Claims and the D.C. Contract Appeals Board. He has litigated construction contract disputes in the United States District Court in the District of Columbia, and in local trial and appellate courts in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He also has substantial experience litigating contract disputes in arbitration proceedings.
